Holiday in Kato Paphos, Cyprus: Iris 2 is in the residential area to the west of Kato Paphos. A 10 minute stroll will take you into the lively night time area of bars, pubs and restaurants, with something to suit all tastes. The Old Harbour, with its shops and tavernas is only a 15/20 minute stroll away. Iris 2 is a small, select development of only 22, 2 and 3 bedroom houses. The Old Town, with it's many shops and market is about a 20 minute walk away. There are also excellent, historical archaeological sites, such as the old fort and the mosaics a similar distance away.

Added Goodies: A Private Taxi pickup from the airport can be arranged if required. A complimentary welcome pack is included and there is an Information Folder containing local information, road maps and operating instructions for domestic equipment. A hairdryer is provided together with bath and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels. A cleaning service is also available if required, payable locally.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking. Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. In the event of cancellation within 28 days of departure there will be no refund. A refundable deposit of £100 is required for damages.

An extra £100 deposit is required for the use of the sky TV. A daily rate of £3 is payable for air-conditioning. Guests must agree not to smoke on the premises. Changeover days are flexible, as are check out times where possible.
