The rental rates for this property are quoted in GBP per property per week.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance.
Payments & Deposits: Deposits: 20% required to secure your booking with the balance payable . Can be made by Bank transfer or on-line credit card payment (JCC) upon arrival.A security deposit of £100 must be paid in advance before your arrival. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage.

Cleaning Charges: The rates shown above include an end of stay cleaning charge. If a mid stay clean is required (i.e. linen & towel change, bathroom & kitchen clean, including laundry costs) this is chargeable at an extra £30. Please request when making the booking. All Bed Linen and Towels are provided.

Cots & Highchairs will be provided free of charge if required and a chargeable babysitting service can be available on request. A meet and greet service is available from Paphos Airport at a charge of £25 (£30 after midnight) and Larnaca Airport at a charge of £55 (£60 after midnight). A variety of welcome packs are also available at a nominal charge if required.
