Our Villa is situated on an exclusive development in the centre of Protaras with only a four minute walk to the main resort. It has been described by some locals as one of the best developments in the area.
The villa itself has been furnished to a very high standard and has its own swimming pool surrounded with well kept gardens. For those quiet evenings you can sit and relax in the warm summer breeze overlooking the pool that is warmly lit up at nights.
The villa has a DVD player and you are advised to take your own personnel films to use. Outside you can use the BBQ supplied and there is a childs swing ball game along with other bat and ball activities. In the patio area you have the use of a large patio table with chairs and a large parasol for you to enjoy lunch alfresco style. For those long warm summer evenings why not lay back with a bottle of wine. In the kitchen you have everything you would need for cooking and to service all your holiday needs. All of the bedrooms are serviced with Air conditioning units and are operated using remote control systems , the living room area is also serviced with good quality air conditioning. The villa is surrounded with gardens and plants which are well maintained. The pool area is 24ft x 12ft and is regularly cleaned two or three times a week during your stay. All linen and towels are supplied during your stay. Please advise at the time of booking if you need more than six beds as the extra 2 guests will be on fold up ZB
