For the booking of the holiday house we require a 50% deposit payable only by bank transfer or cash (if you are located in Cyprus). As soon as we receive the payment, we can confirm the villa is reserved for you and we send you reservation voucher. Please note that in case we don�t receive a payment from you during 2-4 days after you confirmed that you want to book this holiday house, we have the right to automatically cancel the reservation done. The second 50% is required to be paid 2 months before arrival.
