The distance to the beach, the nearest sports and entertainment centers and stores is approx. 500 meters, and the nearest restaurants are located only 100 meters away from us. The old town center of Poreč is located 2,800 meters away from our villa. You can reach it by taking a pleasant walk along the seashore or taking a ride on the small street train. Villa Tina is a modern house with three comfortable apartments available for rent and a nicely arranged garden with a small fountain, a grill and a bench.

Notes: DL apartment - elevated ground floor. The balcony is located quite practically in the middle of the nicely arranged garden with a fountain. It offers a partial view of the sea, a lot of sunshine and the use of a sunshade. A parking spot is provided right by the entrance to the apartment.
DD apartment - elevated ground floor. The balcony is full of plants and flowers. It is roofed over by a pergola trellis with kiwifruit vines and offers a beautiful view of the nicely arranged garden with a fountain. A sunshade is also provided on the balcony. The living room includes a special loggia with a double deck bed where two more people can be accommodated. A parking spot is provided in front of the apartment. It is protected from the sun by a pergola trellis with kiwifruit vines.
GD apartment - first floor and offers a beautiful view of the sea. The spacious balcony can be closed to ensure protection from the sun or possible rain. A parking spot is provided in front of the apartment.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per day.

The rates refer to the rental of apartment for 2 persons per day. Each additional person pays a surcharge of 5 euros per day.

The rates include the tourist tax and all services listed beside the description of the Villa Tina. The surcharge for pets (only if arranged beforehand) is 5 euros per day.

If your stay is shorter than 3 days, you must pay a one-time surcharge of 10 euros. A special rate is negotiated for a stay longer than 21 days.
