Description This unique chalet is situated at a height of 1130 m. at the end of a no through road at the beginning of the Gauer valley. The property is unique as it is a detached, wooden chalet for sole occupancy in the middle of the countryside. The interior is attractive and comfortable, the bedroom on the first floor is separated by the use of a curtain ( as seen in the photo). You are kindly requested not to smoke in this chalet. Experienced skiers can ski from the house to the slopes and also from the slopes to the house, ideal! The last 400 m. to the chalet is via a steep, un-metalled road. Additional information: The parking space is situated 400 m from the chalet, the landlord will help you with the luggage on his snow scooter.
Interior Ground Floor: Entrance, kitchen-diner, combi-microwave oven and dishwasher, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. 1st Floor: spacious living room with sitting area, TV (cable), radio and internet connection (small fee is charged for use of internet), two sleeping areas separated by a curtain, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, central heating.

Particularities The last 300 m. to the property is via an un-metalled, somewhat steep road.
