Cosy house, renovated in 2002, in the district of Unterried, outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Längenfeld, in a quiet, sunny position, on a side street, in the green. Private: garden 1100 m2 (fenced), meadow, lawn sunning area, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: store for bicycles, ski storage, central heating. Parking by the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 400 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Swimming pool, thermal baths 2.5 km, tennis 3 km, cable car, mountain lift 12 km, ski school 10 km, cross-country ski trail 100 m. Please note: free of charge ski bus. The thermal bath will not be in operation until the end of 2004. The house is suitable for shared used by friendly families and the Otztales ski resorts are notfar away.

WCs. Top floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin, exit to the balcony east facing position. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. 2 showers, sep. WC. Large balcony, south-east facing position. Balcony, north-east facing position. Box-room. Very nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
