Zell am See: cosy house, in a central, sunny position, 150 m from the ski-run, on a side street. Private: garden, terrace, barbecue. In the house: ski storage, central heating. Parking (limited number of spaces). Grocers 300 m, restaurant, ski bus stop 50 m, railway station Zell am See 700 m. Indoor swimming pool 300 m, public bathing area 400 m, tennis 300 m, golf course 4.5 km, cable cabin 150 m, cross-country ski trail 400 m. Pedestraian centre 200 m. The holiday house is situated inn a good location, very close to the Zeller mountain lifts. Walking distance to most facilities. At the moment the owner has his veterinary practice on the ground floor, which is not often used (about 3-5 visits per week). Access by separate entrance.
Housing: 4-room house 150 m2 on 3 levels: entrance hall. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: large living/sleeping room with 1 double sofa bed, dining table and tiled stove. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with dining corner. Bath-room, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 double beds and hand-basin. Large terrace. Garden. Very nice view of the mountains and the ski-run. Facilities: washing machine, modem connection. Reserved parking (3 cars). The living room on the 1st floor and the double bedroom on the 2nd floor are connecting rooms. There is also a nice tiled stove.
