For shared use: grounds, garden, lawn sunning area, garden furniture, childrens playground. In the house: central heating. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km, public bathing area 4 km, tennis 3 km, golf course, riding stables, cable car, mountain lift, ski lift 7 km, ski school, cross-country ski trail 3 km, ice rink 7 km. The holiday house is in the midst of the Europeean Sportregion Kaprun-Zell am See, on a large shared area with another holiday home (A5671/120) and an organic farm belonging to the owner. Organic products are available on sale (cheese, honey etc). It has also a specialist restaurant. For children: petting zoo and sometimes cooking courses with the hostess. Walking- and bicicling routes from the house.
