Situated between St. Johann in Pongau and Wagrain (5 km), 1050 m above sea level farm-house Durchholzhof, outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the green. For shared use: garden, lawn sunning area, barbecue, childrens playground. In the house: ski storage, central heating. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shop, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station 9 km. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, tennis, golf course 5 km, riding stables 10 km, mountain lift, ski lift, ski school, cross-country ski trail 5 km. Barbecue evenings with accordion music can be organized. On request: the owner can take the guests on hikes. There are also animals on the farm and products can be purchsed from the farm.
Housing: 3-room apartment 100 m2 on 3rd floor, cosy furnishings: 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen-/living room (2 hotplates, micro wave) with 1 double bed, dining table, satellite-TV and radio. Bath-room, sep. WC. Balcony. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Nice panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The double bed is separated from the kitchen by a curtain.
