Holiday home Winkler is a modern and comfortable cottage. The entrance to the holiday home is via stairs and it has a surface of approx. 60 m˛. It also has a roofed garage. The living room sleeps 4 people, and offers a beautiful view. You access the veranda through a sliding door (approx. 18 m˛) where you can relax with a book.
In winter the region of Mittersill offers many possibilities like winter walks, horse driven sleigh rides and sleigh trips! The nearest toboggan is at only 300m away from your cottage. Winter walking paths start directly at the cottage. The famous ski area "Kitzbühel & Kirchberg" is situated at only 5 km of the cottage. This region is known (amongst other things) for the Hahnenkamm-weekend. After an exhausting day on the slopes, you can relax in the indoor swimming pool with sauna at only 250m from the holiday home.
And you will find something to do in summer too! The nearest mountain lake with a great playground is in Hollersbach (5 km) or in Uttendorf (8 km). For a great cycling trip you can take the Pinzgau-Bahn to Krimml, where you can visit the Krimmler Wasserfälle and cycle back to Mittersill (30 km). For mountain biking enthusiasts the region offers no less than 1200 km routes. Walks in the national parks are often organised. In Mittersill-Stuhlfelden (3 km) there is also a beautiful golf course.
