Radstadt 4 km from Altenmarkt: nice, comfortable country house, built in 2004, surrounded by meadows, above Radstadt, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, directly by the ski-run, in the green. For shared use: grounds, large garden, meadow, lawn sunning area, garden furniture, barbecue, childrens playground. In the house: sauna. Ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Grocers 5 km, restaurant 2 km, ski bus stop 10 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station Radstadt 5 km. Swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km, tennis 2 km, golf course 6 km, riding stables 2 km, ski lift, chair lift 5 km, cross-country ski trail 3 km, ice rink 5 km. Please note: car essential. Free of charge ski bus. In winter, it is possible to ski direct from the house if there is sufficient snow. A wonderful sauna area belongs to the house as well as a private bathing pond in summer to cool down and a football and volleyball pitch. Children can let off steam in the many meadows around the house and show off their tobogganing and skiing skills right in front of the house, also by floodlight in the evenings.
Housing: 3-room apartment 70 m2, on the ground floor, cosy furnishings: entrance hall. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with dining corner and TV. Shower, sep. WC. Large patio. Lovely panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. The 2 apartments are connected via a door; there are also 2 double rooms in the house which can be booked along with the apartment. Use of the sauna in summer is payable locally.
