Cosy house, 2 storeys, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the lake, south facing position. Private: grounds 1000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, lawn sunning area, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant, ski bus stop 1 km. Indoor swimming pool 5 km, public bathing area, tennis 1.5 km, golf course 5 km, riding stables 800 m, mountain lift 6 km. There are 7 large ski resorts close by, between 6-38 km.

Ironing board, iron, 1 extra colour TV, radio. All 3 bedrooms for 2 people have a small sitting area as well as access to the balcony with breathtaking views of the Millstaettersee lake.
