The house is situated on the road to the Nassfeld ski fun (one of Austrias largest ski resorts) and aqua fun at the Presseger Lake.
Housing: 7-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels, very luxurious and stylish furnishings: entrance hall with open fireplace. Living room with dining corner. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofa bed and satellite-TV. Lounge with dining table. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, deep freezer). Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom, exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Balcony. Large patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: telephone, modem connection. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. NB: Foodstores in the resort close at 12 on Saturdays, however the keyholder offers a shopping service before arrival.
