An ideal place for a family/friend stay in a rural area, away from the noise. The capital Klagenfurt is 26 km away, several bathing lakes in the area (8-10 km). Cosy country house, in the district of Enzelsdorf, 3 km from the centre of Gallizien, in a quiet, sunny position, in the green. Private: grounds 4500 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, lawn sunning area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers 3 km, restaurant, bus stop 1 km. Bathing bay 8 km, tennis 2 km, golf course 10 km, riding stables 4 km, mountain lift 25 km. Connection to the Drau cycle track from Gallizien. The swimming pool is made of plastic with a diameter of approx 5.5 m and a depth of 1.2 m. NOTE:Swimming pool and Sat-TV are available from 2004!

The room with the divan bed on the ground floor has a desk and can be used as study. The house is for max 8 persons. Additionl price for the 7th and 8th person to be paid locally.
