Private: natural state grounds, garden, meadow. Uneven motor access. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 5 km, railway station Steinfeld 6 km. Swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 30 km, tennis 5 km, golf course, riding stables 12 km. Please note: car essential. High over the valley, with direct views over the town rooves, you will definitely feel a little stately here. It is a town that gives off energy, when you spend some time in the high up. Very occasionally, the locked apartment on the 1st floor is occupied (separate entrance) and part of the grounds shared.

Living/dining room with 1 double bed (140 cm), dining corner and TV. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed and shower. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven) with wood burning oven. Sep. WC. Balcony. Lovely panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort.
