For shared use: grounds 3000 m2, lawn sunning area, table tennis, barbecue, childrens playground. In the house: lounge, sauna. Billiards table, games room, ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road, in winter snow chains necessary).
