For shared use: grounds 3000 m2, lawn sunning area, table tennis, barbecue, childrens playground. In the house: lounge, sauna. Billiards table, games room, ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road, in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 2 km. Swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool, tennis 3 km, ski lift, cable cabin, ski school 4 km, cross-country ski trail 3 km, ice rink 4 km. The house offers as well: sheeps, fallow-deers, ponies, natural skittle-alley, small minigolf course, fishing.
