Oceanfront villa in Belize near Dangriga - Villa Lushka is a 2700 square foot ocean front home on the Caribbean Sea. Large open rooms, high ceilings and huge windows fill the house with the light and warmth of the Tropics day and night.
Our villa in Belize will accommodate 8 guests very comfortably. There are four bedrooms (3 up, 1 down) that have individual air conditioning. There are ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. The upstairs bedrooms have 2 double beds each and the lower has 2 singles. Each upstairs bedroom has a separate egress to the open verandah overlooking our private beach and the Caribbean Sea.
There are three tiled baths (the 2 upstairs have shower and tub). The master Bedroom has a private bath and the two front bedrooms share a bath from separate entries. The downstairs bath is accessible from inside and also from outside for the comfort of swimmers and sunbathers.
The dining room and living room exit to the covered porch which is 50 feet from the sea. The villa in Belize is appointed throughout in Mahogany and furnished in hand crafted rattan and local woods.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas range, appliances,cookware, dishes and all utensils. There is a washer & dryer. We even have a blender and a bread machine!

Holiday in Belize: Villa Lushka is about 100 miles south of Belize City on the mainland. We are mid-country, on the coast, making it easy to get just about anywhere in Belize in a short time.
A passport is required for entry into Belize. You will fly into Belize International Airport in Belize City. American and Continental have direct flights from Florida & Texas.
FLY Maya Air from Belize City to Dangriga. (20 minutes) VILLA LUSHKA is approximately 30 minutes by car from Dangriga. Transportation from Dangriga is available. Rental cars may also available.
Drive to us: Drive to Hopkins via the Western Highway to the Southern Highway. The trip is said to be one of the most beautiful drives in the entire Caribbean, taking you through mountains, rain-forest, and coastline. The roads are newly paved all the way to the to the Hopkins Village road (unpaved). Turn right at the Village Square and we are about 1 mile down on the shore road, just past the Jaguar Reef Lodge.
The trip is approximately 100 miles total and it can take 2-3 hours depending on the season and road conditions. There are a number of rental car companies at the airport, including Budget, Avis TourBelize, Jaguar and Crystal to name a few. Ask for a map to Hopkins Town. Check the vehicle carefully and make sure there is a complete working jack and a good spare tire. Fill up before leaving Belize City.
Money exchange is BZ$2 for US$1. U.S. $’s are accepted everywhere. Banks will charge 2% for exchange. Merchants usually do not bother.
Expect a 15% V.A.T. on everything.

Notes to the Rates of the Villa in Belize, Central America
In Season Nov. 15 to May 14: 2-4 persons:$1,750 weekly, 6-8 persons:$2,500 weekly.
May 15 to Nov. 14:2-4 persons:$1,300 weekly 6-8 persons:$1,750 weekly.
Christmas, New Year & Easter: 2-4 persons:$2,500 weekly, 6-8 persons: $3,500 weekly.
Basic maid services are included. Cook, driver and guide can be arranged for, and are extra.
Prices are subject to change. Reservations will always be honored at the agreed rates. Longer term rentals will gladly be negotiated.
25% deposit with reservation, non-refundable, unless the time slot is re-filled, plus $250 (minimum) refundable security deposit.
Prices are quoted in US$ Dollars and are subject to a 7% Belize Hotel Tax.
