Adjacent is a private marina, where one can rent jet skis, boats, & sailboats to cruise, fish, dive or just visit nearby St. John and The British Virgin islands. 1/2 miles away from the ferry docks, Red Hook and the American Yacht Harbor Complex, where one can visit its many restaurants and shops or take a ferry boat ride to St John & The British Virgin Islands. The duty-free shops of downtown Charlotte Amalie are located just a 20 minute car, taxi or bus ride away. This complex has several freshwater pools, restaurant and pool bar. Sapphire Village is 10 minutes to Coki point Beach and Coral World Marine Aquarium/Water park. (Coki Point Beach is the perfect spot for scuba diving/snorkeling). Magen's Bay Mahogany Run Golf course is 15 min. drive. This condo has a beautiful ocean view.
