Reservatiion Policy: A 3 night deposit is required to hold your reservation. This deposit is due at the time of reservation. Rates are in US Dollars and are based on per night, standard 2 persons, per bedroom occupancy. The maximum capacity for a three bedroom condo is 6 people including children
Cancellation Policy: Three nights deposit secures reservations, refundable provided written cancellation is received at The Tuscany 21 days prior the scheduled day of arrival (except for travel 12/23/05 - 1/6/06 when the deposit is non-refundable). Thereafter, deposit is forfeited to cover cancelled or altered night (s) of a reservation i.e. late arrival / early departure. Due to our small size, cancellations and alterations can affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy and highly recommend travel insurance
