The sleeping accommodations at La Perla are expansive. Notes: In the Caribbean we now own two big luxury houses on beautiful Dawn’s Beach. The new house “La Perla” is a spacious 6 bedroom villa right on the ocean. This house is surrounded by palm trees for privacy so you can join the “rich and famous” for a week (or two!). We still have some weeks left for May and June at the St. Maarten houses and we are now booking for fall and yes winter 2007!
Amenities: Both St. Maarten houses have big screen plasma TVs, cable or satellite, computers with internet access and free long distance phone calls on the computers dial up, in ground pools, king beds, 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, gourmet kitchens, fully stocked bars, the list goes on.
We often refer to La Perla as one of the very finest luxury homes in the entire Caribbean, following its recent $500k renovation!
Convenience: Each house comes stocked with groceries for the first night including: milk, eggs, cheese, coffee, beer, wine, liquor, and cereal.

Vacation on St. Maarten: St. Maarten/St Martin, "The Friendly Island." France and the Netherlands have shared this haven of sand, sea and sun for more than three centuries. There is a distinctly different feel to each side of the island. St. Maarten/ St. Martin is a safe island. No need to stay put, rent a car and explore the island. Go to Phillipsburg, walk along Front Street and Old Street, and enjoy the duty fee shopper paradise and drinks on the boardwalk overlooking the Caribbean Sea. St. Martin has become the culinary capital of the Caribbean with more than 300 restaurants and excellent selection of fine wines from all over the world. Maho Village has the Casino Royale, the largest casino on the island. The butterfly farm is a must see. The island has golf, tennis, horseback riding, biking, hiking, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, fishing, and bowling. Go to neighboring island, British Anguilla to swim with the dolphins or to French St. Barths, jet set island for the rich and famous.

For 1-4 Guests: December 16th - April 14th: $ 2900 per week; April 15th - December 15th: $3900 per week. For 5-6 Guests: December 16th - April 14th: $ 3900 per week; April 15th - December 15th: $4900 per week. For 7-8 Guests: December 16th - April 14th: $ 4700 per week; April 15th - December 15th: $5500 per week. For 9-12 Guests: December 16th - April 14th: $ 5500 per week; April 15th - December 15th: $6500 per week. Weekly Rentals are from Saturday at 3PM to Saturday at 10AM. Deposit: 50% Via credit card or check. Fully refundable with 30 day notice. St. Maarten occupancy tax additional. Call Susan for 3/4 night packages or last minute bookings. Both St. Maarten houses have weeks open in May--a great time to be in the Caribbean! We're also booking June, July and August at the St. Maarten houses now, and next winter.
