Vacation Home in Vieques Island, Puerto Rico: Vacation home on Vieques Island, Puerto Rico - Colina de Brisas (Hill of Breezes), is a quiet, private hillside house located above the town of Isabel Segunda on the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico. Vieques is a small, unspoiled Caribbean island off the Eastern coast of of Puerto Rico. A short plane ride from San Juan brings you to the pristine, white sandy beaches and quiet Caribbean island of Vieques. The hillside vacation home in Puerto Rico sits on almost an acre of land with plenty of tropical fruits, trees and plants. On the East side (flat side) of the property you will find aloe plants, coconut, calabash (gourd), mango and grapefruit trees. On the West side of the property you will find more mango trees, pineapple plants plus a hammock for relaxing. The living room has a 27" TV with a DVD/VCR player. There is a library of movies for you to choose from as well as books and games to enjoy when you return in the evening. Every room in the house has a ceiling fan to take full advantage of the tropical breezes. The large master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom and full size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares the other full bath. The third bedroom is decorated brightly with fun art and has 2 twin platform beds. There is also a crib for one too small to sleep in a bed for a maximum of 7. Colina de Brisas is a beautiful vacation house that overlooks the Fort of Vieques (El Fortin Conde de Mirasol) with sweeping, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Puerto Rico. Vieques has yet to become touristy and still offers the simplicity and relaxation of an island at it's best. The fort of Vieques is a 5 minute walk from the house where you can learn more about the history of this wonderful island paradise.

Notes to the Rates of the Vacation Home in Vieques Island, Puerto Rico
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter: $2,000/week. A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required at time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. A $300 security deposit check will be required with the balance payment and returned within 30 days of departure. Note: Your security deposit check will be deposited. Pets are welcome however we require an additional $200 security deposit and additional fee of $10 per day. Charcoal grill, beach towels, all linens, laundry room with washer/dryer, cooler, beach chairs, TV, VCR/DVD, movies, books, games, telephone with free local calls, CD/Radio player, crib, hair dryer, hammock and more... Our manager is available while you visit Vieques and can offer lots of helpful information including places to go and see. We will include in the welcome packet our own favorite places and things to do as well as any guest comments, suggestions and recommendations.
