The rental rates for this property are quoted in USD per property per day.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the Villa. Balance is due at least 1 days prior to check in date. We honor major credit cards as Visa, Master Card, and American Express. For your convenience we will automatically charge the credit card given at time of reservation. If you would like to use an alternate method of payment, please let us know in advance. If a booking is done within 20 days of your check in date we will require the full balance of your stay.

A $100 security deposit is required. It will be refunded given that there are no damages or missing items.

The villa owners are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, nor for injuries or damages to persons staying at the villa. Client shall assume all liability for damage to property, person or persons arising from accidents or other causes while residing in the villa during the rental term, including intoxication of renter or guests, and renter does hereby release the villa owners from any liability whatsoever.
