Hummingbird Villa in Culloden, Whitehouse - This hillside villa on a private gated estate is approx 4800 square feet including the verandas and pool. It is set within it's own gated grounds of just inder 1 acre and is about 400 yards from the beach. All the living and bedrooms face the sea and being 200 feet above sea level there is always a breeze and the views are breathtaking.
Kitchen: Well equiped with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American upright fridge/freezer and ample cupboards. A gas fired BBQ is available on request and can be used in the garden or on the verandas surrounding the pool within the villa.
Utility Room: Has a washing machine/tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside: The villa is on a hillside facing the sea, consequently there is always a breeze so even on the hottest and most humid of days a comfortable place can be found to sit and relax. All the rooms and verandas are equipped with ceiling fans and all the bedrooms have air conditioning.
On arrival at the villa you will be met and handed a set of keys to the property. Depending on arrival time the person(s) handing over the keys will make sure you know where things are before retiring to the helpers quarters which is under the villa with no direct access to the main accommodation. If you prefer we can arrange for you to be met at the airport and escorted to the villa.

Whitehouse has a superb fish market, local shops, garage, post office and supermarket. 5 miles to the West is Bluefields a popular undeveloped beach with several small bars and restaurants. A further 15 miles to the West is Savanna-la-Mar a bustling market town well worth a visit. Continuing West for another 18 miles brings you to Negril a popular tourist area with many bars a long the several miles of sandy beaches. Heading East from Hummingbird Villa interesting places to visit include Bamboo Avenue, YS and Maggotty Falls and Lovers Leap. A good day out is drive to Montego Bay and take the North Coast Road east to Green Grotto Cave, Dunns River Falls, Ocho Rios and the Bob Marley Mausoleum.
