This is one of the most glamorous homes in the Caribbean, with spectacular views during the days and enchanting flickering lights of Montego Bay in the distance at nights.
Highland House is like a wonderful, private compound, with the six bedrooms located under four different roofs. This gives desirable privacy for guests who stay here. Each bedroom has its own distinctive charm and character and is very comfortably furnished. From the pool terrace, a spiral stairway leads to the rooftop sundeck where you are welcome to enjoy the chaise lounges, thatched umbrella table for shaded lunches, and the breathtaking view of the grounds and sea beyond. This is a perfect spot for activities as varied as sunrise yoga and sunset cocktails. The downstairs features a wet bar with a pool table and games.

The main building of Highland House has a wonderful spiral staircase leading from the pool area to a rooftop sundeck where the most spectacular views can be seen. Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving rate: 15000 USD per property per week.
Winter season or high season, December 15 to April 15 (excluding Christmas and New Years weeks) 7 nights minimum
Summer season or low season, April 16 to December 14 (excluding Thanksgiving week) 5 night minimum
Christmas week is defined as (Dec 20 to 27) or (Dec 21 to 28), New Years week is defined as (Dec 27-Jan3) or (Dec 28 to Jan 4). Thanksgiving is defined as Nov 20-27 (1 week minimum stay).

For Highland House: Minimum stay of 4 night required in low season supplement of $35.00 pp/night will apply to each guest in excess of 12 (2 per room) limit.

Meal Plan (Pre-payment required)
Guests are asked to select a meal plan in advance and prepay for groceries and 15% staff gratuities. Standard Meal Plan: ($35 per adult per day) includes three meals per day, in-room coffee service, one lobster or shrimp dinner per week, iced tea and water.
Upgrade to the Deluxe Meal Plan ($45 per adult per day) for additional shellfish meal per week, unlimited rum punch and fruit smoothies and hot and cold hors d'oeuvres served nightly. Meals for children under three years old are free. Children age 4-12 yrs, Standard meal plan is $20 and Deluxe is $30 per day.
The hors d'oeuvres, lunch and dinner menus here are delectable. A well known Los Angeles designer and gourmet chef has created the menus especially for Highland House. Please note that when adults choose Deluxe Meal Plan, the children's Meal Plan must also be Deluxe. Similarly, when adults choose Standard Meal Plan, the children's meal plan must also be Standard.
