Three sets of French doors can be opened to enjoy the winds and sounds of the ocean. The terrace is a great location for your morning coffee or evening desserts. Be sure to be on the lookout for the Cayman parrots flying and talking in the sea grape trees that surround Seaside. A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry room, 2 queen size bedrooms with en suite baths, and the loft area with two twin beds also occupy this elevated floor. This entire floor has beautiful vaulted plank board ceilings, ceramic tile floors, air conditioning, ceiling fans and plantation shutters for controlling sunlight. Seaside is elegantly outfitted with quality furniture, appliances, and accessories, providing for all the comforts of home.
Downstairs, under the main living area, is a wonderful 900 square foot wrap-around screened patio for entertaining after sunset. This patio features a master bedroom, sitting area, additional dining area, barbecue grill, hammock, and another sitting area to accommodate several groups of people. In the center of the patio is another fully equipped kitchen for those fish fry’s, barbecue dinners, or morning breakfasts. The patio is fully furnished and has six ceiling fans located throughout for your comfort.

Continuing down the pathway leads you to one of the most beautiful concrete swimming pools on the island, featuring non-slip tile decking, surrounded with a coral wall and tiki torches for those evening swims. The deck is furnished with a patio table and umbrella, 4 swivel chairs, 4 chase lounges and a glider.

Vacation in Rum Point, Cayman Islands: This wonderfully charming Caymanian style home is nestled on half an acre of tropical paradise on exclusive Rum Point Drive. The vacation home is poised on stilts to catch the constant trade wind tropical breezes, ocean sounds, and wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea, only 300 feet away. This villa is the perfect vacation paradise for those seeking seclusion, peace, and tranquility. Chisholm’s grocery store and several of the best restaurants on Grand Cayman are only a few minutes drive away.
Amenities: The vacatoin home has air conditioning, vaulted plank board ceilings in all the rooms and 12 ceiling fans throughout the home and patio. There are 3 televisions with 3 separate satellite receivers. (1 46” TV in the living room with BOSE DVD/CD player and surround sound, 1 19” TV/VCR in the guest bedroom, and 1 25” television in the master suite). The upstairs kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, blender, can opener, coffeemaker and modern appliances. The kitchen is generously furnished with fiesta dinnerware, crystal glasses, pots & pans, and all necessary utensils. The downstairs kitchen is equipped with double sinks and an additional dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. It is fully stocked with extra dishes, pots & pans, glasses, and utensils. Two of the queen size beds and both twin beds in the loft have light weight down comforters. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. One guest bathroom has a shower and one has an old fashioned claw foot tub with shower unit.
Activities: Drive 4 minutes to Rum Point for all the outdoor water activities you desire. Red Sail Sports offers complete rentals for snorkel and dive gear. They can book both dive and snorkeling trips. For the beginning diver, they offer a 4 hour course and you are ready for a shallow dive. Apart from the water sports they offer catamaran cruises and stingray city tours. Cayman also offers deep-sea fishing, tennis, golf, horseback riding, and submarine trips.
