The villa on Antigua is on the North Finger of Jolly Harbour Marina, 15 minutes from the capital St John's and airport. The villa comes with FREE use of a Golf cart for the length of your stay and broadband internet access. Jolly Harbour has a supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, a bank, casino, 18 hole golf course, fitness centre and swimming pool (free), squash and tennis courts to rent.

Villa in Antigua and Barbuda: THIS VILLA COMES WITH FREE USE OF A GOLF BUGGY FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY!!! (saving you £20 ($37) per day) As well as coming with a Golf buggy for use for the length of your stay, this villa also has internet access: wifi and ethernet. If you would prefer a car to a golf buggy, then a car can be arranged to be delivered to you at extra cost. Prices range from £30 per day for a Smart Car, £60 per day for a Wrangler Jeep, up to £120 per day for a Hummer Jeep. I can also organize cheaper hire of Sunseeker boats, Catamarans, and small planes for those of you who are more adventurous!

10% discount for booking of 3 weeks or more. Payments accepted in British Pounds, Euros or US Dollars. Sterling cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account - Euros and US Dollar payments must be by electronic transfer (No Cheques). 25% non refundable deposit required to secure reservation - balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Rental rates include all persons up to 4 and all utilities including air conditioning. A refundable security deposit will be required for insurance against damaged or missing items. For maid service, add £13 per visit. Usually 2 visits per week suffice.
