Holiday Apartment in Kamala Beach, Phuket: Kamala Beach Apartment on Phuket - the apartment is quietly nestled in the Kamala valley near to the waterfall. A mere 5-minute drive from the beach, you are able to take advantage of tranquil surroundings whilst having close proximity to all the areas amenities. This apartment is situated on the upper floor. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open plan with views over the large shared pool, which forms the focus of the development. A small balcony is reached through 3 partition sliding doors, which allows the regular breeze to naturally cool the apartment. There is of course full air conditioning if desired. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom looks over the pool and is ensuite with shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full single bed with an underneath pull out second single bed suitable for 2 people and is situated to the rear of the apartment. There is a convenient office for those who need to focus for a while on issues other than their suntan which contains a sofa-couch ideal for kids or toddlers. There is a modern theme in the design and furnishings of the home. The kitchen has both oven and hob as well as microwave. Modernly designed apartment 5 minutes away from the beach & waterfall!

The homes have been decorated to a high standard and include a minimum of Satellite TV, and CD/DVD/VCD facilities. Air conditioning is standard throughout but large sliding doors and patios overlooking the pool allow for a fresh air option.
The development will have 3 swimming pool options with the upper pool flowing over a waterfall into the main pool. There is a separate kids pool on the lower level.
There is a reception office on site to assist with any additional services that may be required. A gymnasium can be used as well.
