Our villa on Bali is only five kilometers east from Bali's cultural center of Ubud, with its abundance of art galleries, fine restaurants and dance performances.

Transportation: Round trip Denpasar Airport transfers are complimentary. Also complimentary during your stay is one 7-passenger, air-conditioned car plus driver (first tank of petrol included). A second 7-passenger, air-conditioned Toyota Kijang car may be contracted for a minimum of three consecutive days with at least four days advance notice for USD 60.00 per day. A driver's day is considered to be 12 hours maximum unless alternate arrangements are made, such as a shorter day prior to or after a day longer than 12 hours.

Food and Beverage on Bali: Our chefs can prepare a large repertoire of menus including European, Continental, Balinese, Javanese and Japanese cuisine. Menu options are discussed with our guests upon their arrival. Food and beverages are charged locally at market price. Depending on the type of menus requested, the average cost per person per day for meals is about USD 25.00 - USD 30.00. The villa does not stock any wine and liquor as these items are very expensive in Bali; however, a limited list of alcoholic beverages including French, Italian, Australian and Chilean wines may be purchased at a local store (champagne is not available). Please note that Bali restricts liquor brought in to two bottles per person, without duty.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in USD per property per week.

Villa rental rates are informative, please inquire!
Shorter stays of only 3 nights are available. A reservation deposit of 25% of the full rental rate is required at time of booking with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. If arrival date is less than 60 days from initial booking date, payment in full is required at time of booking confirmation.
Bookings during the Christmas / New Year Holiday season require a reservation deposit of 50% of the rental rate upon confirmation of the booking, with the balance due 90 days prior to arrival date. A damage deposit of USD 500.00 is required for all bookings payable at time of final rental balance payment. The damage deposit will be refunded promptly after departure assuming that no damage is sustained during the guest's stay. All payments must be made by wire transfer. Villa reserves the right to cancel any reservation if final payment is not received by the "due date," unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. If the property is not reserved by other guests on the arrival date and/or departure date, an earlier check-in and/or check-out time on the same date can be arranged without additional charge.
Payment Policy:
Villa Santai is not currently set up to accept personal checks or credit cards for payment of food and beverages, gratuities or other amenities. All additional costs incurred during your stay must be settled in cash with the House Manager before departure. For the guest's convenience, these charges can be estimated so that payment may be made in advance by wire transfer. While many hotels automatically add this service charge to the guest's bill, it is merely suggested that if the guests are satisfied with the service during their visit, a gratuity of 10% of the rental rate be given to the House Manager at the end of their visit. Any gratuities are appreciated and will be shared among the entire staff.

Villa rental rates are on a per week basis (7 nights), with a check-in time of 3:00 pm and check-out time of 12:00pm. Shorter stays of only three nights are available during low season. If the property is not reserved by others on the arrival date and/or departure date, an earlier check-in and/or later check-out time on the same date can be arranged without additional charge to the guest. A 25% deposit of the full rental rate is required at time of booking with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. This payment would need to be in the form of a wire transfer directly to our bank account. Please note that the above rental rates do not include an 11% government tax.
