From the cottage gate, you walk through a walled garden with tropical flowers, a two-level balé (open pavilion) and a fish pond. The two-storey main house accommodates an open reception/living area facing the entrance/main gate, two bedrooms and a small kitchen.
In the back of the cottage there is the free-form swimming pool with deck chairs and another two-storey balé with an open dining area on the ground floor accommodating up to 6 persons and a open-air living area above overlooking the rice fields. A separate building nearby accommodates a guest toilet.
This typical Balinese cottage is located near Ubud and is perfect for a very quiet and relaxed vacation in the middle of ricefields – if you don't mind the 10-minute walk to reach your vacation home as there is currently no car access.

A 10 minutes drive brings you to the artists center of Ubud with its many art galleries and museums (e.g. Antonio Blanco, Agung Rai & Neka museums), numerous shops and excellent restaurants such as Mozaic and Lamak etc., daily Balinese dance performances, frequent other cultural events and temple festivals.
White water rafting on the Ayung river starts close-by, and the nearest beaches are only 30 minutes away. It's about 40 minutes to Sanur or Denpasar, and about one hour to Bali's international airport, Kuta and Legian.
