TREEHAVEN consists of two adjacent houses built on a steep slope, surrounded by thickly wooded indigenous gardens where pairs of Knysna Louries (Tauraco corythaix) nest and feed together with scores of other bird species, yet only 5 minutes from most sporting facilities, the town centre and the famous golden beaches of Plettenberg Bay. * Birding Tours can be arranged with local accredited guide, Ray Goodwin. * Children of all ages welcome. * All units are comfortably furnished and equipped with television, linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. * Domestic help and babysitters can be arranged as required. * Supplies for breakfasts can be stocked on order and charged separately. * Reserve 1, 2 or all 3 apartments to make a wonderful venue for extended families!

Notes: Apartment 1 - Accommodation consists of a comfortable L-shaped living-dining room opening on to a shady patio. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, 1 with double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and 1 separate but private bathroom, both bedrooms have sliding doors opening on to a shady patio. A lock-up garage is available. Large sliding doors open on to the 3 terraces abutting the wooded garden.
Apartment 2 - Adjoining the main house, yet quite private, this apartment has 1 large double bedroom, 1 smaller double bedroom sharing 1 bathroom. The spacious living-dining room with kitchenette opens on to the timber deck overhung by indigenous trees.
Apartment 3 - The adjacent house, where owners live, has a separate family unit on ground level with a large bed-sitting room plus double sleeper couch in an alcove, 1 bathroom and kitchen. Large sliding doors open on to the private deck surrounded by indigenous shrubs and trees.

1st March 2006 to 14 Dec 2006 - 16 Jan 2007 to 28 Feb 2007: Unit One: between R200 - R350 pp/pn sharing, sleeps 4 Unit Two: between R200 - R275 pp/pn sharing, sleeps 4 (Units 1 & 2 can be combined - or enquire rate for unit 1 plus a third bedroom) Unit Three: between R250 - R350 pp/pn sharing. 15 December 06 - 15 January 07: Unit One: R1500.00 per day - Minimum stay 14 days Unit Two: R1000.00 per day - Minimum stay 21 days Unit Three: R700.00 per day. * Your deposit of 50% of the total due secures the accommodation confirmation will reach you within 7 days of receipt, the balance to be paid on arrival. * 25% fee will be levied on cancellations up to 31 days before arrival. Deposits are forfeited on cancellations after this date. * Check in time is from 15h00 to 20h00, unless otherwise arranged, check out time is 10h00. Children of all ages are welcome.
