Oceanfront cottage in Simons Town, Western Cape - This comfortable self catering holiday home is situated in breathtaking Simons Town, nestled in a beautiful valley alongside a winter mountain stream just minutes from safe bathing beaches, great diving spots and numerous golf courses. See the sea as you lie in bed or as you relax in the outdoors jacuzzi. Spectacular views from rooms with large sheltered decks on both floors, which are accessible from all three bedrooms, lounge and dining room. For your conveniece we have installed an ADSL line for those who are here on business or those who enjoy surfing the net. Please bring your own laptop. We also have 24 hour armed response with an alarm.
Sea Breeze Cottage in Simons Town sleeps six people in three double bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts a full en-suite with a seaview from the bath and the shower. A second full bathroom, including a shower, is shared by the other two bedrooms. All three bedroom have sliding doors which open onto the deck with stunning seaviews.
The living area is downstairs. A large sociable kitchen with breakfast nook, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The lounge is between the kitchen and diningroom and has a beautiful view out a three metre sliding door which opens onto the downstairs verandah. There is also a side sliding door in the lounge which opens onto the jacuzzi patio and braai area. The dining room has a 6 seater diningroom table and chairs and as with most rooms in the house, also has a fantastic view.
Jacuzzi patio boasts a private outdoors shower for those who enjoy nature.

Sporting & Leisure Activities in Simons Town: Simons Town is perfect for cycling, diving, hiking, walking and golf. Living on the ARGUS CYCLE tour route one can cycleup to Cape Point andaround to Chapmans Peak. There are lotsoflittlebeacheswhich areperfect fro diving, False Bay also offersvarious ship wrecks for scuba divers to explore. Onecan hike up SimonsbergMountain which is partof the Table Mountain range. You could also take walks in the Cape Point Nature Reserve which isfull of Fynbos (OUR NATUARL VEGETATION). The penguins whichpopulate the popular Boulders Beach are also worth avisit.
Cultural & Historical Tours: Simons Town is rich with history. The Simons Town museum, located in the old Residency/MagistratesCourt, offers all sorts of information on Simons Town from its begining with the Dutch East India Company, to the forced removal of residents when the apartheid government had their way. There is the Simons Town Naval Museum which is located in the St Georges Anglican Church, a building where ships sails were once made. This museum is full of Naval history and well worth a visit. These arejust two of many historical places to visit in our area.
Directions to Get There: Drive through Simons Town along the main road towards Cape Point. Pass on your right, Oatlands Holiday Village, then Cape Times Fresh Air Camp, then turn right up Valley Road. Take the second road to the right called Valley Road, then take the first road to the right called Disa Road. Drive to the end of Disa Road and drive down the concealed concrete driveway at the end, off the turning circle. The Tuscan style home with '1' on the front door.

Notes to the Rates of the Cottage in Simons Town, Cape Town
Our rates are between R800 and R1400 per night; R5600 and R9800 per week
depending on the seaon.
30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The other 70% is payable a week prior to arrival. The price includes a once a week cleaning and linen/towel changing service. Start off electricity as well as coffee, tea, milk, mineral water and fruit are included on arrival. Thereafter electricity is on a pay as you go basis.
Unfortunately not suitable for children under 6 years old.
