The apartment is accessed via a lift from the secure remote controlled basement parking garage (2 parking bays). The apartment comprises a large open plan lounge, dining, kitchen and Entertainment are leading out to a 50 sqm private entertainment patio with direct access to the communal pool area on the same level.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all modern appliances and is tastefully decorated in a retro/modern design with a practical, vibrant material and colour scheme. Very suitable for the executive entertainer.
