Villa Overview: An elegant colonial villa, situated at the foot of Lions Head in between Camps Bay and Clifton, in a quiet cull de sac. Offering breathtaking views of The Atlantic Ocean, Camps Bay beach and The 12 Apostles mountain Range which is formed at the back of Table mountain. A leisurely 12 minute stroll will take you in one direction to Clifton's 4 word class beaches and in the other you will find Camps bay beach along with its many vibrant restaurants, clubs and bars.

Alternately just 50M from your door is one of many hiking/walking trails that scales Lions Head nature reserve, this walk is a must and takes you once around the impressive hill that would be a mountain. 45 minutes to the top where one has a the ultimate views of Table Mountain, Robin Island, Camps Bay Clifton, the Waterfront and the city.

Clifton Rd offers 6 very large bedrooms (5 en suite the 6th has a dedicated bathroom) all offer Ocean, beach and Mountain views and are all of equal stature, such as you would expect to as a show piece in a five star hotel. Connected to the pool and running along the front of the house is tree landed path, perfect for relaxing or breakfast maybe. Whilst not as wind free as Bantry bay No1 Clifton road is well protected compared to its Camps Bay neighbors. Features.
