This cottage has a stunning view over Hartebeespoort Dam!

Two excellent golf courses in the neighbourhood. Three Game Reserves. Experience African wildlife up close at the De Wildt Cheetah park and The elephant sanctuary. Good birding in situ - we have a birdlist. Also hiking. We are part of a conservancy and game in the surrounding area roams free not enclosed by fences - ask me what you might see! Many interesting plant and tree species too.

Holiday in Kalkheuwel West: While in the heart of the countryside, we are only forty-five minutes drive from Johannesburg or Pretoria and an hour and a half from Sun City. Lesedi cultural village seen on "The Great Race" and visited by Rob and Amber are nearby as are "The Adventure Caves" also seen in the same episode.

North West Province of South Africa: I will meet you at the airport and drive you to any of the following parks and or caves for an additional fee: The De Wildt Cheetahs, Rhino and Lion Park, Walk with the elephants, Adventure, Wonder and Sterkfontein caves. Further details and fees supplied on request.

Sterkfontein caves is the place where hominid fossils were discovered. Both Sterkfontein and Wonder caves have wonderful stalagmites and stalactites and are well worth a visit

The rental rates for this property are quoted in ZAR per property per day.

I ask for 50% payment to secure the booking. Balance on arrival.
R450 for the cottage per night regardless of how many people are staying,(maximum 4 people). The cottage is serviced daily except on Sundays. For The Annexe the charge is R100 per person.
