This large freestanding house is in its own grounds and directly on the excellent Trou aux Biches beach with very good swimming and bathing possibilities. The view from the terrace and garden is also superb. A modern supermarket (Popo) is within 200 meters walking distance from the house. There are also numerous shops and banks in the area.
Description
Ground Floor: Kitchen: Two refrigerator / freezers, electric cooker with 5 gas burners, microwave oven, double sink, dish washer, electric kettle, toaster, electric plate warmer and an additional separate freezer. Terrace with tables and chairs. Dining room with table and chairs. Lounge with seating elements, a TV and a telephone. Bathroom with shower/WC and a washing machine.
First Floor: Bedroom 1: double bed, a small single bed, A/C and its own bathroom with shower/WC. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, A/C and an ocean view. Bedroom 3: double bed, A/C, access to the balcony and a view over the ocean. Bedroom 4: double bed, A/C, an ocean view, access to the balcony and its own bathroom with shower/WC.
We recommend a rental car.
