Three well equipped new apartments in a residential area of Tamarin on the west coast of Mauritius. The excellent private beach is just 50 meters from the house (along a small private road) and offers very good swimming and bathing in addition to a wonderful view across the bay.
A large modern supermarket is in the area and several good quality restaurants in addition.
Description Large lounge / dining room connecting directly to the terrace or balcony. Kitchen with American bar at the rear of the lounge. It is equipped with a 4 burner gas cooker, eye level electric oven, microwave oven, extraction fan, double sink, refrigerator / freezer combination. Bedroom 1: Double bed with A/C, its own bathroom with shower/ WC. Bedroom 2: Double bed, view onto terrace, fan. Bedroom 3: Single bed, ceiling fan, view onto terrace. (Note: Apartments 2 and 3 have (will have) 3 double beds.) Second bathroom with shower / WC Telephone TV with local channels Maid for 2 hours per day except Sundays and public holidays The house has 3 apartments all with more or less identical furniture and equipment:
Apartment 1: Ground floor with ground floor terrace Apartment 2: 1st Floor with balcony/terrace on the 1st floor Apartment 3: Ground floor and 1st floor with balcony/terrace on the 1st floor.
We recommend a rental car.
