This well equipped house is located directly on the beach in La Preneuse in the west of Mauritius with a wonderful view of the ocean and the \'Le Morne\' mountain. The swimming in front of the house is excellent and you can access the water easily by walking down 4 steps.
There is a large supermarket (London Store) at about 1kms from the house and several restaurants in the area. Clients would be happier if they rent a car for transport.
Description
There are 2 buildings: The main house with garden is at the front and enjoys a wonderful view over the ocean. There is a second smaller building (studio) at the back which offers accomodation for an extra 2 persons. Children under 10 years are not permitted.
Main house (with 3 bedrooms): Bedroom 1: Double bed, aircon, direct connection to the terrace and a good view onto the ocean. Its own bathroom with shower/WC and bidet. Telephone and safe. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds together (to make a double bed), aircon, direct connection to the terrace and a good view onto the ocean. Bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine shared with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds for children aged 10-16 years. Spacious lounge with satellite TV, direct access to the terrace and also a dining table with chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with refridgerator, freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker with 4 burners, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and a toaster. Large terrace with tables and chairs with direct access to the garden which is equipped with sunloungers.
Studio at the rear: One bedroom with a double bed, aircon, TV with local channels and a telephone. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 burner gas cooker, refridgerator electric kettle, small grill, toaster and a microwave. Bathroom with shower/WC. Terrace with chairs and a BBQ grill
We recommend a rental car.
