The shops (supermarkets included) can be reached in about a 10-15 min. stroll along the golf course. The new marina shopping and restaurant area is best reached by the mini bus service. The Steigenberger hotel about five minutes walk away will have a tour desk where most things can be arranged. The Club House in Tamr Henna has a pool with free access.

Whether you are a professional or a novice, you will find all the equipment and training you require at your doorstep. The course rated by the German Golf Federation, offers men’s and ladies tees, ranging from 4,334 meters to 6269 meters with 3 different tees on every hole. USGA Course Rating 68.8 - 73.7 The golf club also offers an aqua driving range with 30 tees, pitch, chip & putt areas, and rentals of trolleys electric carts and golf clubs. Minimum handicap of 45 is required. El Gouna Golf academy and its qualified international PGA golf professionals offer all levels of instruction on and off the course. In the winter season booking well in advance is essential as it is very busy (tel. int. 20-65-580009). The villa views the 7th hole across the lagoon.

Kitesurfing, diving & fishing: Kite surfing - there is a very well equipped kite surf school with qualified instructors. El Gouna is one of the few resorts to offer both excellent diving and kite surfing in one place. There is wind throughout the year but Oct. and early Nov. are less windy. There is a large shallow area, which facilitates learning and a boat on standby for anyone getting stuck too far out. Trips are arranged for people to sample kite surfing at one of the nearby islands. Diving - there are more than eight fully accredited dive schools in El Gouna offering basic training right up to advanced technical dives. The BBC Holiday program has done an episode on learning to dive in El Gouna. One of the oldest is the TGI Diving Centre and another popular one is the Dive Tribe. Fishing and boat rental - boats are available for rent or charter from small runabouts for the lagoons to sea going yachts with crew. For deep sea fishing a well equipped boat with a knowledgeable English captain is available.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

Rental includes weekly cleaning, towels, sheets, cooking gas, garden and spa pool maintenance. Also included is a welcome package including a stocked fridge and 19 litres of spring water. Electricity and water are not included. These costs are metered and vary typically from 20€ -120€/week depending on season (A/C use) and number of people. An average for four people in March/April is 40€/week.

Rentals of two weeks are discounted 10%. One month rentals vary from 4000€ in January to 5000€ in August. A deposit of 50% secures the booking. Payments by bank transfer, check or pay pal. Full payment with the addition of a security deposit of 1000€ is expected on arrival. Deposit is returned if there are no damages. Cancellations - If a cancellation takes place more than a month prior to booked date then only a 10% fee is kept. For cancellations less than a month before the full 50% is kept unless the villa is re-rented in which case only 10% is kept. Rentals are possible for a minimum of three days to any number of days.
