Thousands of kilometres of coastline are blessed with extensive reef formations and islands. The underwater scenery, rich with coral-covered walls and beautiful gardens, coupled with year round good weather, offers an unforgettable experience above and below the water. Outstanding underwater visibility gives you the opportunity to observe over 400 varieties of coral and 1,500 species of fish, turtle and shark that make the Red Sea their home.
Your Red Sea holiday can be a great combination of relaxing on beaches, basking in the warm and sunny climate, enjoying a host of water sports and visiting some of the cultural and historical sites of the area. The friendly locals are always ready to extend a warm welcome.

The resort: A resort of approximately 5� mls by 3 miles, springing from flat marshy sand spits and lagoons, with a lush 18-hole golf course at its centre. It is all privately owned land and has security gates with a checkpoint. Tourists are free to come and go, but everyone else has identity cards. Properties are well spaced and in a variety of low-rise styles, creating an attractive "village" with downtown shops and bars, charming stone bridges, mature landscaping and a good, well-signposted road network. Central roads are cobbled, forcing what little traffic there is to maintain a very low speed. The outer roads are more like dirt tracks. Each property is more or less self-contained, but there remains a communal responsibility with regards to facilities and communications. The possibility of terrorist attacks on tourists in Egypt remains; Foreign Office advisory notices offer the latest official advice and should be consulted before booking.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in GBP per property per week.

After an initial enquiry, pending receipt of a deposit of one quarter of the total rental and the completed booking form, a provisional booking will be held only for 7 days, the balance to be received by us no later than 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of date of arrival, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. F.W will despatch to the client a written Confirmation and Holiday Reference for Booking.
The client is responsible for all damage/breakages during their stay. Due to our inability to acquire "Accidental Damage Cover" from our insurers the proprietors reserve the right to require the payment of a 'SECURITY DEPOSIT' of �75.00. All monies so paid will be refunded in full by post after departure providing the accommodation is left as found. Any loss or damage to accommodation and equipment or environs will be charged against the total retainer which will be applied to any of the properties occupied.

In the event of cancellation no money will be refunded.
Please Note: The minimuim stay will be 7 days. Special Note: We unlike other apartment owners do not charge you extra for the use of the Electric and Water.

Clients are asked to leave their accommodation and its contents clean and tidy when vacating. No fat left in pots and pans please. If using more than one set of bed linen per room please ensure they are washed, cleaned and ironed before departure. If excessive cleaning is required a 'Double Cleaning Charge' will be levied, normally �50. A like for like replacement of small broken items will be allowed .But please report any damages or breakages immediately or on departure. All damages or breakages of the fittings, utensils, crockery or cutlery must be replaced like for like or reported to ourselves and will be charged for.
F.W, as the owner of the property, does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to tenant's personal belongings, baggage, vehicles or any property left in them.
