Elegantly furnished in Provençal style, the villa is on two levels (garage parking, laundry and wine cellar are in the basement). The flooring is travertine marble throughout and there is a secluded garden which is romantically lights up at night under a giant parasol palm. The entrance hall, the sitting room, the dining room, the study, the kitchen and the guest toilet are all on the ground floor. In our villa in Cannes there are three bedrooms on the second floor: a master bedroom with its own spacious terrace and furnished with a Queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a dressing room, with two further double bedrooms with two single beds, a second bathroom and a separate toilet. Our villa in Cannes is rented from Saturday PM to Saturday AM. Mid-week arrivals by arrangement, depending on circumstances and existing bookings. A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Balance must be received 60 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by direct bank transfer to a nominated bank account or by VISA/MASTERCARD credit/debit card using PAYPAL. A Security/Damage Deposit of €1,000 is required which may be paid in cash upon arrival and which is refunded upon departure or 30 days thereafter depending upon circumstances, less an Exit Cleaning Charge of EUR €100. Wi-Fi ADSL/telephone (at 2058 KB) is provided by France Telecom at cost.
