Two and more weeks rentals include once a week maid service.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due 7 days after your reservation has been confirmed and the balance due 30 days before arrival. For XMas dates, balance payments are due 45 days before occupancy. Upon final payment, we will send you a travel voucher to present to the property management, where you will pick up the keys.
