Villa in Clear Creek, Kissimmee: Lakeside Kissimmee Villa near Disney with Pool & Spa - Our luxury air conditioned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa is on the new development of Clear Creek, which is a quiet and beautiful residential development set amongst orange groves. Clear Creek is only 8 miles from Walt Disney World Main Gate entrance, and 1 mile from the main highway 192 which runs through Kissimmee. Decorated in tropical Floridian style, the spacious living/dining room has 32 inch cable TV, DVD player, HI-FI system and ceiling fan. Offering extra seating space is the sitting room, which has cable TV, VCR and ceiling fan, adjoins the fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker, cooker and hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and telephone. The villa features three bedrooms. The master bedroom which overlooks the pool, spa and lake has a king-size bed (6 ft), walk in closet and ceiling fan, en suite bathroom with twin hand basins, corner bath, oversized walk in shower, toilet, and a hairdryer. The second bedroom also overlooking the pool and lake, has a queen-size bed, cable TV, closet and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a Disney theme with Tigger bedding and has a double bunkbed (double on bottom/single on top) plus a single bed (sleeps 3 adults or 4 children in comfort) there is a closet in this room also and an alternative set of bedding for older children/young adults. Bedrooms two and three share a second bathroom. Cot & highchair are provided free of charge on request. This villa has a beautiful view over the lake!
