Cancellation - You will need to let us know as soon as possible either by telephone or in writing (or must ensure your travel agent does so on your behalf). No booking is cancelled until such a cancellation invoice is issued by us, so you (or your travel agent) should ensure you receive one in order to avoid incurring extra costs.

Security Deposit - Our apartments require a security deposit for damage or breakages of £150 (GB pound). The deposit must be paid 1 week prior to your holiday commencement either by cheque made out to: A VENTRIGLIA which will be cashed or PayPal to: payments@bulgariarental.co.uk. Your deposit will be returned to you 7 days after inspection and confirmation from Privilege Fort Beach that there has been no damages or breakages.
