All marble floors with the master bedroom on the main floor with double headed shower, bodie, double granite sinks and large king size bed with tv. The upstairs beds are Jack and Jill with full bath and great deck that looks over the 18th fairway. Full maid service everyday with all the amenities of home. Great screened in patio with two large patio tables and 8 chairs. Great outside patio as well. Great Golf Course Property

Our Rates vary from $125 to $135 per night depending on season and length of stay. $400.00 Deposit is required and non refundable if you do not use our home. The $400.00 check will be held until all utilty bills are in for the month. High season runs from November 1 to April 30. Contact Brian to verify availability and prices. All appliances and dishes, high speed internet, local telephone included in the price. (Long Distance is charged back to the renter as well as excessive use of AC as electricity is very expensive). For example if you stay and leave all the AC units on for a week the Electric Bill will be $300 US dollars
