Quiet get away holiday: Complex is privately owned. No single-sex parties are allowed. Busy Los Amercias is only a ten minute taxi ride away. There are at least five good restaurants within 2 minutes walk of the apartment.

Your Health & Safety: This is a first floor apartment - access is via one flight of stairs - therefore not practical for wheelchairs and those with mobility problems. Guests are requested to comply with the complex's rules. For the comfort of your & other quests, please restrict smoking to the balcany. A pool life guard is only in attendance during July & August. However in phase II(own a few steps away) there is life guard on duty all year round, you are weclome to use this facility as well as the private pool. This is private complex you are be requested not to make unreasonable noise after 11PM.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

We would welcome any enquiries regarding exchanging our apartment in Tenerife for anything similar anywhere else in the world. The weeks booked need not necessarily be the same. These can be logged and used at a later date.

Cost includes satellite - all electric - safe - DVD /CD players - washing machine. £100 (150 Euro) deposit required with booking confimation. Remaining balance required 8 weeks prior to departure. Keys and full details will then be forwarded.

Apartment extras include: t.v./dvd player, portable cd player, alarm clock, fans, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, lounge cushions for pool area, 2 small patio tables and four chairs on balcony, washing airer, sandwich maker, toaster and safe.
