Notes to the Rates of the Condo in Santa Fe, New Mexico
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a Casita, with the balance due on arrival. We will gladly refund your deposit, less a $20.00 handling fee, only if we can rebook the Casita for the dates cancelled. The only additional fee is a gross reciepts tax of 7.32%.

Check-in time: 3 pm and on; Check-out time: 11 am. Our basic policy is "No Pets", but exceptions can be made. All Casitas are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside, on porches only.
