Mt Martha Valley apartment at Mornington Peninsula with king sized beds (1, 2 or 3 bedrooms). Each apartment have reverse cycle air conditioning and heating for your comfort with a luxury corner spa with glassed roof, separate shower, hair dryer, toiletries, towels are supplied so that you may feel totally pampered. Each kitchen contains dishes, cutlery, micro wave, bar fridge, boiling hot water tap for continuous tea/coffee. Our family apartments have a ceramic hot plate , with pots and pans supplied including an electric frypan. In the kitchens there aren't stoves! The only exception to this is our newly constructed 3 bedroom properties with stove, gas hot plate and dishwasher. All apartments have TV’s and DV’s for childrens entertainment. Washing machines, irons, ironing boards, and a small clothesline.
Our outdoor decks are a delightful spot to enjoy a pre-dinner drink, or to have your breakfast basket which is provided each morning of your stay. On site BBQ facilities are provided.
Valley Resort has an outstanding solar heated swimming pool, an 18 hole golf course, 5 floodlit tennis courts, a la’carte restaurant & conference facilities.

Tarrifs include GST. Deposits 50% of total value is payable at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: more than 14 days - full refund less commission and costs if applicable. Cancellation within 14 days loss of deposit cancellation within 7 days or for any period after arrival requires full payment for the total nights booked.
Arrival time:from 1.30pm to 4.30pm. Outside of these hours please advise Reception expected time of arrival.
Departure time at 10.30am. A late check out until 2.30pm ($25). Dependent on availability. Please arrange with Reception previous day.
Romantic weekend getaway: $375 per couple. This includes two nights (Friday & Saturday), a bottle of bubbly, 18 Holes of Golf (1 person), breakfast basket are available if required.
