Holiday cottage with garden and views in Dorset, England, UK: Greygles is 120 miles south-west of London and 10 miles north-east of Dorchester, the county town of Dorset. It is only 10-15 miles from several other pleasant towns - Sturminster Newton, Sherborne and Blandford Forum. The nearest large town is Bournemouth, about 30 miles to the south-east. Greygles is delightfully deceptive. Its entrance is straight off the quiet road through the village, and from the front you see more roof than anything else - but once through to the other side, it is immediately a vision - from all rooms and the garden - of open countryside with hills in the distance. Within moments, the nerve ends calm, the tension of travel fades away and distant cares are forgotten. Enjoy rural peace in Greygles, a spacious, well-equipped stone house, with delightful views, on the edge of a friendly village set in the hills of central Dorset. The house offers the feel of a country cottage but with modern facilities and space for a family party. It comfortably sleeps up to seven people. There are four bedrooms in all – 2 doubles, one twin, and one single. Of the double bedrooms, one - with a bathroom and toilet next to it - is on the ground-floor. The sitting room has the delight of an open fire, looks out to open fields and hills. The kitchen has electric hobs and oven - and an Aga cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. The dining room with its antique table seats 8 people
